What these terms cover. These terms cover your use of vellumhour.com, the website for Vellum Hour. Vellum Hour sells digital templates on Etsy. Purchases, payments, downloads and refunds happen on Etsy and are governed by Etsy's terms and policies and by the Vellum Hour refund policy shown on Etsy. These website terms don't change those.
Digital only. Everything Vellum Hour sells is a digital download delivered by Etsy. Nothing is printed or mailed.
What Vellum Hour offers
Vellum Hour templates are printable Canva templates (no printed vellum) for wedding day-of stationery, sold on Etsy. Each suite is a digital download after purchase, delivered by Etsy. Nothing is mailed. This site doesn't sell anything, take payment or deliver files.
Template license
Each purchase is a personal-use license for one couple's own wedding or event. You may edit the template and print as many copies as that event needs, at home or through any printer. You may not resell, share, or give away the template link or the files, upload them to other marketplaces or template sites, or use them for clients' events. You're buying a license to use the design, not ownership of it. Any Canva library elements in a template stay licensed by Canva under its own terms.
Purchases through Etsy
Purchases happen on Etsy and are governed by Etsy. The shop is coming soon to Etsy.
Refunds
Because these are digital downloads, Etsy doesn't allow returns or exchanges. If a file won't open, a template link doesn't work, or something isn't as described in the listing, message me through Etsy and I'll fix it. If I can't fix it, I'll refund you through Etsy. Changing your mind after purchase isn't covered. If an issue isn't resolved, Etsy's Purchase Protection may also cover a digital order that isn't as described or whose file is never delivered. This doesn't affect your rights under your local consumer law.
What you need to edit
You'll need a Canva account, plus a web browser or the Canva app. Canva is a separate service with its own terms.

1. Limitation of liability
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or online.
If something goes wrong, Vellum Hour's total liability to you for any claim related to this website or a Vellum Hour product is limited to the amount you paid Vellum Hour for the product the claim relates to.
This limit does not apply to harm caused by our gross negligence, willful misconduct or fraud, or to anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit or exclude.
Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
2. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and applicable US federal law.
If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws where you live. You can bring a claim in the courts where you live, or in a small-claims court, if the law there allows it.
Nothing in these terms requires arbitration or stops you from joining a class action.
For order problems, please message the shop through Etsy first. Etsy's own case process may also help.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
Privacy
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies of its own. It runs no analytics or tracking, has no forms, and loads no fonts or widgets from other companies.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site, under its own privacy policy. If Cloudflare's security checks are triggered, Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie.
3. Email: what we keep, how long, and how to ask for deletion

- What we keep: your email address, your message and its date.
- What we use it for: only to reply to you. It is never added to a mailing list.
- How long: we keep it while we're helping you, and delete it 24 months after your last message. If it relates to an Etsy order, we keep it longer only where tax or accounting records require it.
- No selling or sharing: we don't sell or share it. The only exceptions are the services that deliver the email (Cloudflare and the owner's email provider), which process it for us, and cases where the law requires disclosure.
Etsy orders. Etsy's privacy policy applies to your Etsy account and orders. The shop uses only what Etsy shares (such as your name, email and order details) to deliver your order, answer your messages and keep required records. Your Canva account is covered by Canva's privacy policy.
Deletion requests. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email brandonrollins@

If we change how the site handles information, we'll update this page and the effective date above before the change takes effect.
